NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 7, 2026 in Civil Case No. 35-2025-CA-001745-AXXX-01 of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lake County, Tavares, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and Suzanne Marie Willis a/k/a Suzanne Willis, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Gary J. Cooney, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Lake County Courthouse, 550 West Main Street, First Floor Jury Room, Tavares, FL, 32778 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17 day of March, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 15, Greengrove Estates, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page(s) 46 through 60, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
