PROJ-26-029 THERMOPLASTIC PAVEMENT MARKINGS PHASE 1 MAYBERRY AVE BID OPENING 2/12/2026 AT 9:00AM EST Invitation to Bid (ITB) Date of Notice: February 12, 2026 and February 19, 2026 SUBJECT: Invitation to Bid for Thermoplastic Pavement Markings Phase 1 Mayberry Ave (Bid No. PROJ-26-029) SUMMARY: Halifax Health is requesting responses from qualified vendors to provide artwork for the North Daytona Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED) in accordance with the specifications set forth in this solicitation. The artwork shall be positive, use inviting colors, and convey a sense of optimism and tranquility. RESPONSES: Contractors with demonstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a bid packet.
