Ad#12090124 02/17/2026 NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING MAYFAIR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the Mayfair Community Development District will hold a special meeting on February 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Construction Engineering Group, 2651 W. Eau Gallie Blvd. Suite A, Melbourne, Florida 32935. At the Special Meeting, the Board is expected to consider and discuss the Stormwater Maintenance Agreement and Reclaimed Water System Maintenance Agreement with the City of Melbourne, and any other business which may lawfully and properly come before the Board. This Notice is given in accordance with the requirements of Section 189.417, Florida Statutes and lawfully come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 721-8681 at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
