PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Malabar Town Council, Brevard County, Florida will convene in the Town Hall, 2725 Malabar Road, Malabar, Florida on Monday, March 2nd, at 6:30pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, for a public hearing on the following topic:
ORDINANCE NO. 2026-01
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF MALABAR, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING CHAPTER 8 FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION; AMENDING ARTICLE III SECTION 8-73 REGARDING REQUIRED PERMITS; REPEALING SECTIONS 8-75, 8-76, 8-81, AND 8-82; AND AMENDING SECTION 8-83; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL, SEVERABILITY AND CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
