The Town of Malabar Planning and Zoning Board, Brevard County, Florida will convene in the Town Hall, 2725 Malabar Road, Malabar, Florida on Wednesday, February 25th, at 6:00pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, for a public hearing on the following topic:
ORDINANCE 2026-02
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF MALABAR BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE TOWNS CODE RELATING TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS; REPEALING SECTION 1-12.2; AMENDING IN FULL SECTION 2-240 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN; CREATING PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE POWERS, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, CONFLICT AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
