NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE BY CITY COMMISSION, GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA
Notice is hereby given that the proposed ordinance whose title. appears below will be considered for an adoption reading on March 5, 2026, at a meeting of the Gainesville City Commission. The ordinance will be heard at 10:00 a.m., or will be read as soon thereafter as may be heard. The meeting is scheduled to be held in the City Hall Auditorium, on the first floor of City Hall, 200 East University Avenue, Gainesville, Florida. ORDINANCE NO. 2025 - 759
An ordinance of the City of Gainesville, Florida, amending the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan by changing the land use category of approximately 1.87 acres of property generally located at 1124 SE 27th Street, as more specifically described in this ordinance, from Single-Family (SF) to Public and Institutional Facilities (PF); providing directions to the City Manager; providing a severability clause; providing a repealing clause; and providing an effective date.
