Case No. 25000319CAMXAX of the Circuit Court of the FIRST
JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Santa Rosa County, Milton, Florida,
wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE
SERVICING is Plaintiff and Devan P Willman, et al., are Defendants,
the Clerk of Court, JASON D. ENGLISH, ESQ., will
sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.santarosa.
realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida
Statutes on the 10th day of March, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the
following described property as set forth in said Summary Final
Judgment, to-wit:

to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book “G”, Page
1, of the Public Records of Santa Rosa County, Florida.
