NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 06, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25000252CAMXAX of the Circuit Court of the FIRST JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Santa Rosa County, Milton, Florida, wherein PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC is Plaintiff and Demetri M Lindsey a/k/a Demetri Montae Lindsey a/k/a D. Lindsey, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, JASON D. ENGLISH, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of February, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Commence at a point lying 33.00 feet South 00 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds West of the North line of Government Lot 7, Section 2. Township 1 North, Range 28 West, Santa Rosa County, Florida, said point lying on the Westerly Right of Way line of Ward Basin Road (State Road 89, 70’ R/W); thence run North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 276.91 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 105.00 feet; thence run South 00 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 210.00 feet; thence run South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East distance of 105.00 feet; thence run North 00 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 210.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.	
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
