NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on December 11, 2025 and entered in Case No. 24-CA-001206-P in the Circuit Court of the 16th Judicial Circuit in and for Monroe County, Florida, wherein JOSE ANGEL DAVILA NUNEZ AND MIRELYS VALDES ESPINOZA, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEVIN MADOK, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 500 Whitehead Street, Key West, FL 33040 on March 16, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, OF MONROE PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 140, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 569 HAZEL STREET, KEY LARGO, FL 33037 (the Property).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
