CITY OF FORT MYERS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Fort Myers Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
 
PUBLIC HEARING (Quasi-Judicial): Consider a variance to reduce the minimum side setback for single-family development located at 1619 Poinsettia Ave. (Ward 4)
 
The hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 1:30 pm in Council Chambers at Oscar M. Corbin Jr. City Hall, 2200 Second St., Fort Myers, Florida. 
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Adjustments with respect to any matter considered at such hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings &amp; that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which includes the testimony &amp; evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. 
Comments may be made at the hearing or filed in writing prior to the hearing.  For information, call Nicole DeVaughn at 239-321-7975 or ndevaughn@fortmyers.gov.
