NOTICE OF MEETING
TDM Consulting, Inc. will be presenting a Conventional Rezoning and Comprehensive Plan Amendment Application at the North Fort Myers Design Review Panel meeting on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the NorthFort Myers Recreation Center, 2000 Recreation Way, North Fort Myers. The applicant, Pondella Holdings, LLC, is requesting to add the 6.42-acre property located at 333 Pondella Road, North Fort Myers to the Lee County Utilities Future Sewer Service Area Map (Lee Plan Map 4-B). In addition, the applicant is requesting to rezone the property from RS-1, C-1, C-1A and CT to CT for a consistent zoning district.
