NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 11, 2026, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Walton County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK A OF MACK BAYOU ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF WALTON COUNTY, FLORIDA.
shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, Alex Alford, on the 30th day of March, 2026 on-line at 11:00 a.m. (CST) at www.walton.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
