PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF MARY ESTHER All residents of the City of Mary Esther, Florida, are hereby notified that at the Regular Meeting of the City Council on Monday, March 2, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 195 Christobal Road N in Mary Esther, the second and final reading of the following ordinance, as written in the title below, will be heard. A copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by the public in the City Clerks Office at City Hall. Parties interested in being heard regarding the ordinance are advised to attend. ORDINANCE 2026 - 01 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARY ESTHER, FLORIDA; ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES AND TIMEFRAMES FOR REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS; DEFINING TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AND CHAIR; AMENDING LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE SECTION 2.06.00, 2.07.00; 2.08.00; AND INCORPORATING PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 2025-177 (SB 1080); PROVIDING FINDINGS OF FACT; PROVIDING FOR PURPOSE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
