MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 6:00 pm or as soon thereafter as may be heard at City Hall City Council Chambers, 195 N. Christobal Road, Mary Esther, FL 32569. The purpose of the hearing is for the City Council to hear the request for a preliminary development order amendment for a big box retail/grocery market located at 300 Mary Esther Blvd., Mary Esther, FL 32569, at the site of the former JCPenney Dept. store. All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Hearing.
