TOWN OF SHALIMAR 2 Cherokee Road Shalimar, FL 32579 PUBLIC NOTICE SPECIAL MEETING ANNEXATION ON OLD FERRY ROAD Notice is hereby given that the Town Commission of the Town of Shalimar, Florida, will hold a Public Special Meeting for the purpose of a proposed Annexation Agreement on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will take place on-site at the Shalimar Town Hall, located at 2 Cherokee Road, Shalimar, Florida. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. Persons needing special accommodations to attend this meeting should contact Tom Burns, Town Administrator, at (850) 651-5723, at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
