NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF NICEVILLE, FLORIDA The Niceville City Council will conduct their regular meeting starting at 6:00 PM, March, 10, 2026 at the Niceville City Council Meeting Room located at 208 Partin Drive North. Interested parties may appear at any of these public hearings and provide verbal comments or may provide written comments to the City Clerks Office. Verbal comments must be received at least 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting to be included in the agenda packet. If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at such meetings, such person will need a record of the proceeding and, for such purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. Agenda items may be inspected by the public by visiting the Niceville City Clerks Office located at 208 Partin Drive North, Niceville, FL 32578. The following items will be considered: Ordinance No. 26-03-01 - An ordinance adopting additional amended budget changes for the City of Niceville for the fiscal year commencing on October 1, 2025; an ordinance adopting and approving additional appropriations set forth in said budget for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2025; and providing for an effective date. Ordinance 26-04-02 - An ordinance granting to Florida Power & Light Company, its successors and assigns, an electric franchise, imposing provisions and conditions relating thereto, providing for monthly payments to the City of Niceville, Florida, and providing for an effective date.
