VARIANCE REQUEST PZ-2026-12 AMVETS POST 29 OF DESTIN, INC. is seeking relief from Land Development Code (LDC) Table 8-6, which provides a minimum requirement of parking spaces for religious organizations. The code requires a minimum of one space per 35 square feet of gross floor area for the main auditorium. The Applicant is requesting is requesting relief of parking from 23 required parking spaces to 8 parking spaces.
