Lender names are extracted directly from the original public notice text using structured AI processing. Where the same institution files under multiple legal-entity names (e.g. "Wells Fargo Bank, N.A." vs "Wells Fargo Bank National Association"), each variant currently appears as a separate entry — entity resolution improvements are planned.
