NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Walton County Board of County Commissioners proposes to adopt the following byordinance: AN ORDINANCE OF THE WALTON COUNTY BOARD OFCOUNTY COMMISSIONERS AMENDING ORDINANCES 2018-29,THEREBY AMENDING THE WALTON COUNTY LANDDEVELOPMENT CODE, SPECIFICALLY CHAPTER VIII,NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN OVERLAY DISTRICTS, SECTION 8.02.05,AMENDMENT OF AN ADOPTED NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, TOPROVIDE FOR THE ABILITY OF THE BOARD TO MODIFYNEIGHBORHOOD PLANS UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES ANDTHE METHOD AND MANNER OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS,PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVEDATE. You are hereby notified that a Public Hearing on the above-titled ordinance will be held onFebruary 26, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m., or as soon as possible to that time, at the WaltonCounty Board of County Commissioners Board Room located at 31 Coastal Centre Boulevard,Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
