NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Walton County Board of County Commissioners proposes to adopt the following byordinance: AN ORDINANCE OF THE WALTON COUNTY BOARD OFCOUNTY COMMISSIONERS AMENDING ORDINANCES 2019-01,THEREBY AMENDING THE WALTON COUNTY LANDDEVELOPMENT CODE, APPENDIX NP-7, INLET BEACHNEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, TO PROVIDE FOR CLARIFICATION ANDCORRECTION AS TO THE INCLUSION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIESNORTH OF U.S. HIGHWAY 98 AND TO THOSE LAND USEDISTRICTS WHERE LIMITED LODGING IS ALLOWED ANDPROHIBITED, PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, ANDAN EFFECTIVE DATE. You are hereby notified that a Public Hearing on the above-titled ordinance will be held onFebruary 26, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m., or as soon as possible to that time, at the WaltonCounty Board of County Commissioners Board Room located at 31 Coastal Centre Boulevard,Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
