COMES NOW the Central Florida Community Land Trust, pursuant to Section 189.417, Florida Statues and promulgates for filling with the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County and with the City Council of the City of Ocala, Florida this Notice of a Special Meeting for the Central Florida Community Land Trust. The Central Florida Community Land Trust shall hold a Special Meeting on February 18th, in Conference Room A at located at 601 SE 25th Avenue, Ocala Florida 34470. The meetings will begin promptly at 1:30 p.m. Please be advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Central Florida Community Land Trust with respect to any matter considered at such meetings, they may need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record included the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
