NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2025, and entered in Case No. 35-2025-CA-001487 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee, as successor-in-interest to U.S. Bank National Association, successor trustee to LaSalle Bank National Association, on behalf of the holders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2006-HE6, Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2006-HE6, is the Plaintiff and  Georgette Sampson; Sleepy Hollow First Addition Homeowners’ Association of Lake County, Inc; are defendants, the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash  in/on the first floor lobby near the information desk in the Lake County Courthouse, 550 West Main Street, Tavares, FL  32778, Lake County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24 day of February, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
