NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Other Relief dated February 3, 2026, and an Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Other Relief dated February 10, 2026, issued in and for Osceola County, Florida, in Case No. 2025-CA-002336, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF ATLX 2025-RTL1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and NATURA FRESH LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, EVA MADERA and THE COVE RESORT AT STOREY LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KELVIN SOTO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on MARCH 11, 2026, at in-person sale beginning at 11:00 AM, at the Osceola County Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204 (2nd Floor), Kissimmee, FL 34741 the following-described real property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Other Relief, to wit:
