NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing of the Putnam County Administrative Deviation Committee will be held Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., in the Planning and Development Services Large Meeting Room, located at 2509 Crill Avenue, Suite 300, Palatka, Florida, to consider the following application(s) under the provisions of the Putnam County Land Development Code: Case # SUP26-000001: Application by property owner Thomas and Laurie Leonard, for a Special Use Permit, seeking to allow the development of a boat house over 600 square feet in the Residential-1 (R-1) zoning district, as provided for under the Putnam County Land Development Code (LDC) Section 45-110(2) (e). Located at 126 Lake Como Point Road., Pomona Park, FL 32181, Parcel # 09-12-27-0000-0450-0000. Case # SUP26-000002: Application by property owner William and Nancy Tabbert, for a Special Use Permit, seeking to allow the development of a boat house over 600 square feet in the Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district, provided for under Land Development Code (LDC) Section 45-110(2) (e).
