NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF FLORIDIAN CLUB ROAD IN WELAKA, FLORIDA NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 336.09 and 336.10 of the Florida Statutes Annotated, the Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County, Florida, in their meeting assembled on February 10, 2026, has adopted a resolution abandoning and disclaiming part of Floridian Club Road in Welaka, Florida to Floridian LLC and Floridian Holdings LLC, located in Putnam County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE FITZ TRACT AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 225 PAGE 540; THENCE S 1714'04" E 33.12' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AT A 1/2" IRON ROD SITUATE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LANDS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1578 PG 1057 ON THE SOUTH LINE OF FLORIDIAN CLUB ROAD, A 40' RIGHT-OF-WAY AS NOW ESTABLISHED; THENCE S 8935'37" E, A DISTANCE OF 1105.42 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID FLORIDIAN CLUB ROAD TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LAND DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1589 PAGE 1735, AND THE WEST LINE OF STATE ROAD 309; THENCE N 4046'17" E, A DISTANCE OF 47.69 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF STATE ROAD 309 TO AN INTERSECTION WITH THE NORTH LINE OF FLORIDIAN CLUB ROAD; THENCE N 8924'21" W, A DISTANCE OF 1250.65 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF FLORIDIAN CLUB ROAD; THENCE S 0004'15" E, A DISTANCE OF 40.43 FEET CROSSING FLORIDIAN CLUB ROAD TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY; THENCE S 8935'27" E, A DISTANCE OF 114.02 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND TO CLOSE FOR THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PARCEL.
