NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT OF AN ORDINANCE BY THE TOWN OF INTERLACHEN, FLORIDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Interlachen Town Council in Regular Session on April 14, 2026 at 6:00 pm will consider the following ordinance on second reading and the proposed passage thereof. ORDINANCE 2026-1 CHANGES TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF INTERLACHEN FLORIDA, CHANGING THE ZONING MAP CLASSIFICATION FROM RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY (R-1) TO RESIDENTIAL MIXED (R-2) ON PARCEL 15-10-24-4050-0060-0040, TOTALING APPROXIMATELY .44 ACRES; PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The proposed ordinance may be inspected at Interlachen Town Hall, located at 215 Atlantic Avenue, Monday through Friday, from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
