TOWN OF INTERLACHEN NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUEST The Interlachen Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 215 Atlantic Avenue, Interlachen, Florida. CASE NO. ZBA SE 2026-2: Application for a Special Exception to allow a duplex in a R-2 Zoning District on parcel 15-10-24-4050-0060-0040 more particularly described as; Part of Block 6 of INTERLACHEN, according to plat thereof recorded in map Book 1, pages 8 and 9, being more particularly described as follows: From the Northeast corner of said Block 6 run West along the North line thereof a distance of 127.5 feet to the Northwest corner of the lands described in Official Records Book 156, Page 574, being the POINT OF BEGINNING; (1) thence continue West and along the said North line a distance of 48.5 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of the tract described in Deed Book l 65, Page 316; (2) thence run South and along the East line of the said tract described in Deed Book 165, page 316, a distance of 82 feet, more or less, to the Northwest comer of lands described in Official Records Book 224, Page 362; (3) thence run East and along the North line of the tract last above mentioned, a distance of 48.5 feet, more or less, to intersect the West line of the tract described in Official Records Book 156, page 74; (4) thence run North and along the said West line a distance of 82 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING and to close.
