TOWN OF INTERLACHEN NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUEST The Interlachen Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 215 Atlantic Avenue, Interlachen, Florida. CASE NO. ZBA SE 2026-3: Application for a Special Exception to allow a mobile home sales lot on Parcel 15-10-24-0000-0130-0030 as described below.
