NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A
SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUEST
 
 
The Interlachen Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 215 Atlantic Avenue, Interlachen, Florida.
 
CASE NO. ZBA  SE 2026-3: Application for a Special Exception to allow a mobile home sales lot on Parcel 15-10-24-0000-0130-0030 as described below.
 
A portion of the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 10 South, Range 24 East, Putnam County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
 
COMMENCE at the SW corner of said NE 1/4; thence North 00 degrees 09 minutes 46 seconds West, along the Westerly line of said NE 1/4, also being the Centerline of County Road No. 315 (a 100 foot Right-of-Way as now Established) 689.69 feet; thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes 14 seconds East, 50.00 feet to the Easterly Right-of-Way line of said County Road No. 315 for the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 00 degrees 09 minutes 46 seconds West, along said Right-of-Way line, 337.72 feet to the Southerly line of those lands as described and recorded in Official Records Volume 1081, Page 1072, of the Public Records Of Said County; thence Easterly and Northerly along said lands run the following four (4) courses and distances: Course No. (1) North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 293.85 feet; Course No. (2) North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 142.49 feet; Course No. (3) North 28 degrees 41 minutes 42 seconds West, 32.36 feet; Course
