TOWN OF INTERLACHEN NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUEST The Interlachen Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 215 Atlantic Avenue, Interlachen, Florida for: CASE NO. SE 2026-1: Application by James R. Hanes to allow a church and temporary use of an RV in a Public Lands Institutional Zoning District, Pursuant to Section 27.4(1) of the Town of Interlachen Zoning Ordinance 2012-1. Parcel #22-10-24-2250-0040-0010 and 22-10-24-2250-0060-0010 more particularly described as: PARCEL 1: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6, of Block 4, & all of Block 6, except lots 1 & 6, of Block 6, of Elin Park Addition to Interlachen, according to the plat thereof, recorded in MAP BOOK 1 PAGE 38, of Putnam County, Florida. Together with that portion of the un-opened 30 foot street as shown on the map of said subdivision, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1 of Block 4 of said subdivision; run thence east 30 feet to the northwest corner of Block 6 of said subdivision; thence run south along the west line of said Block 6, to the southwest corner thereof; thence run westerly 30 feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence run westerly 30 feet to the southeast corner of lot 5 of said Block 4; thence run north along the east line of said Block 4 to the Point of Beginning and to close. Excepting that parcel conveyed to the State of Florida and recorded in Official Records Book 210 Page 80. AND PARCEL 2: Lots 1 & 6 of Block 6 of Elin Park Addition to Interlachen, according to plat thereof recorded in MAP BOOK I, PAGE 38 of the Public Records of Putnam County, Florida. Together with an easement for the purpose of ingress, egress and the leading of public utilities over and across the north 35 feet of Lots 2 & 3, Block 6, and North 35 Feet of Lots 1 & 2, Block 4 of Elin Park addition of Interlachen, according to plat thereof recorded in MAP BOOK 1, PAGE 38 of the Public Records of Putnam County, Florida.
