Public hearing for a comprehensive plan amendment in Belle Glade.

NOTICE OF HEARING
The City of Belle Glades Planning and Zoning Board, as the Local Planning Agency, will meet on March 5, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Commission Chambers at Belle Glade City Hall, 110 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. West, Belle Glade, Palm Beach County, Florida to consider issuance of a recommendation to the City Commission of the following Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map Amendment request:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BELLE GLADE, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION AS REQUESTED BY BG LAWN CARE SERVICES, LLC FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1395 NORTH MAIN STREET, BELLE GLADE, FLORIDA, PARCEL CONTROL NUMBER 04-37-43-30-00-000-1090, AS INDUSTRIAL; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; PROVIDING FOR RECORDING; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Should any interested party seek to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
