NOTICE OF HEARING The City of Belle Glades Planning and Zoning Board, as the Local Planning Agency, will meet on March 5, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Commission Chambers at Belle Glade City Hall, 110 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. West, Belle Glade, Palm Beach County, Florida to consider issuance of a recommendation to the City Commission of the following Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map Amendment request: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BELLE GLADE, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION AS REQUESTED BY BG LAWN CARE SERVICES, LLC FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1395 NORTH MAIN STREET, BELLE GLADE, FLORIDA, PARCEL CONTROL NUMBER 04-37-43-30-00-000-1090, AS INDUSTRIAL; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; PROVIDING FOR RECORDING; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
