NOTICE OF THE 2025 MEETING
TO CONSIDER SPECIAL MAGISTRATE RECOMMENDATIONS,
OF THE VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD,
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA

The Value Adjustment Board of Palm Beach County (VAB) will hold a meeting on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the Governmental Center, 301 North OliveAvenue, West Palm Beach, Florida, 6th Floor, Jane Thompson Memorial Chambers. The Proposed Agenda for the meeting will be available on the Clerks VAB webpage at

adjustment-board-vab/vab-public-meeting-notices. The meeting is called to consider the adoption of the special magistrates recommendations for the 2025 tax cycle and related matters. All meetings of the VAB are open to the public in accordance with Floridas Public Records and Open Meetings Laws.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Value Adjustment Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, he or she will need a record of the meeting and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the meeting is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based.
