NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12/17/2025, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-000880 of the Circuit Court of the FIFTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R11, is the Plaintiff and JOSE L. NUNEZ and ERIKA NUNEZ, are Defendants, Mike Caruso, Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on April 16, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commonly known as: 17433 90th St. N, Loxahatchee, FL 33470
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
