NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated February 11, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CA003945XXXAMB, of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Huntington Lakes Section Three Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Catherine Carmela Nochella, et al. are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 11th day of June, 2026, at 10:00 a.m, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS APARTMENT 204 OF HUNTINGTON LAKES SECTION THREE CONDOMINIUM 25, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5074, PAGE 1469 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Section 45.031 F.S.
