IN THE COUNTY COURT IN AND FOR PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA

CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF LAKESIDE VILLAGE, INC.

ANABELLE CABRERA, et al.
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated April 1, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CC017300XXXAMB, of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Condominium Association of Lakeside Village, Inc. is the Plaintiff, and Anabelle Cabrera, et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 4th day of May, 2026, at 10:00 a. m, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1 OF LAKESIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 2, LAKE PLACID, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1844, PAGE 1019 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Section 45.031 F.S.
