NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale After Bankruptcy Dismissal dated April 1, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CC010545XXXAMB of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Lake Clarke Gardens Condominium, Inc.. is Plaintiff, and Nancy Kilroy is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 29th day of April, 2026, at 10:00 a. m, the following described property as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 409, OF NO. 14 LAKE CLARKE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1978, PAGE 522 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Section 45.031 F.S.
