NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 24, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CC011501XXXAMB, of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Harbour Hall Inlet Club II Condominium Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff, and Blair Boynton Jones is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of May, 2026, at 10:00 a.m, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL 406 HARBOUR HALL INLET CLUB II CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2879, AND PAGE 423, OF PALM BEACH COUNTY FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Section 45.031 F.S.
