THE PALM CLUB VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.

JOHN NATALIA DONZA, et al.
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated April 7, 2026, and entered in Case No. 502025CC018210XXXAMB, of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein The Palm Club Village I Condominium Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff, and John Natalia Donza, et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of May, 2026, at 10:00 a.m, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1015-A3 THE PALM CLUB VILLAGE I-#1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4039, PAGE 1229, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Section 45.031 F.S.
