NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CC010355XXXAMB, of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Madison Green Master Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff, and Johnny Harper and Shekena Wadley a/k/a Shekena Wadley Harper, et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 10th day of June, 2026, at 10:00 a.m, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK C OF MADISON GREEN - PLAT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Section 45.031 F.S.
