NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 16, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CA003700XXXAMB (AO) of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Timberlane Homeowners Association of P.B. County, Inc., is Plaintiff and Malini Shivcharran is Defendant, the Clerk of Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, Michael A. Caruso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M on the 16th day of March, 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17-B, of Plat of Timberlane, a P.U.D., according to the Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 195,196, and 197.
