Unit No. 283 of Piedmont F Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declarations of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3294, page 714 and all exhibits and amendments thereof together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, public records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
