NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated , and entered in Case No. 502025CA000563XXXAMB of the Circuit Court of the FIFTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE NEW RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2022-NQM1, is the Plaintiff and SOPHIE KORNAFEL; CITYPLACE SOUTH TOWER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants, Mike Caruso, Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 28, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1103, OF CITYPLACE SOUTH TOWER CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 22868, PAGE 810, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Commonly known as: 550 Okeechobee Blvd., Unit 1103, West Palm Beach, FL 33401
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
