Notice is hereby given that Regular Meeting and Workshop of the Board of Supervisors
(Board) of the Heritage Oak Park Community Development District (District), scheduled to be held Thursday, March 19, 2026 has been rescheduled to Thursday, March 12, 2026, with the Capital Outlay Workshop starting at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Regular Meeting at 10:00 a.m. at 19520 Heritage Oak Park Boulevard, Port Charlotte, Florida.
Please note, no votes or final decisions may be made at the Workshop. The Workshop and Meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The Workshop and Meeting may be continued to a date, time and location to be specified on the record at the Workshop or Meeting without further publication of notice.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors may participate via telephone. At the above location, there may be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the Workshop and Meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or via telephone communication.
