NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of January, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2024CA001866, of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Seminole County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and GRACE SAMSEL, GRACE SAMSEL, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF GOSHA SZMITKO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GRACE N/K/A SAMSEL RUSSELL SAMSEL, BRIAN SZMITKO, JULIE SZMITKO, ELLIE SZMITKO, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GOSHA SZMITKO, AND RIVERBEND AT CAMERON HEIGHTS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. Grant Maloy as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.seminole.realforeclose.com at 10 A.M. on the 24th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 225, Riverbend at Cameron Heights Phase 2, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 85, Pages 66 through 71, of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
