The City of Ocoee, Florida, (City) is soliciting sealed bids for the following project ITB #26-004 Lakewood Avenue North Gravity Sewer Project Phase 1 &amp;amp; Phase 2. Bids will only be accepted electronically through Bonfire, a free e-Procurement platform, until 2:00 pm, local time, on March 31, 2026. Bids received after that time or through any other method will not be accepted under any circumstances. Bids that have been timely received will be publicly opened, virtually online and the name of each bidder and price submitted will be read aloud at that time; instructions will be provided at https://www.ocoee.org/959/Public-Bid-Meetings. A non-mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on March 3, 2026, at the City of Ocoee Commissions Chambers, 1 N. Bluford Ave, Ocoee, FL 34761. All questions regarding this ITB shall be in writing and directed to Alexis Chentouf, Purchasing Technician, achentouf@ocoee.org.
