At the hearing any citizen, property owner, public official or local government representative shall be entitled to speak for or against the subject of this public hearing in person or by letter addressed to the Planning Council. Interested parties appearing in person should arrive no later than 11:00 a.m. to register to speak. ITEM 2 AMENDMENT PC 25-6 Amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan  City of Oakland Park 
From Community to Low (5) Residential; approximately 1.1 acres; generally located on the southwest corner of Northeast 17 Avenue and Northeast 38 Street.
In accordance with Section 3.08 of the Broward County Planning Council Rules of Procedure, all persons are hereby advised that any presentation to the Broward County Planning Council should be as concise as possible, and the Chair may limit the time of each individual to allow maximum participation by the public at large. In addition, by a majority vote, Planning Council members may limit the length of a meeting or of any agenda item or set a time for adjournment.
