NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 125.66, Florida Statutes, that the Broward County Board of County Commissioners intends to consider adoption of a Resolution Amending the Broward County Administrative Code on March 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at Governmental Center East, 115 South Andrews Avenue, Room 422, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, the title of the Resolution being as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING TO DESIGNATED STATE AGENCIES PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE CLIMATE CHANGE ELEMENT, THE RECREATION AND OPEN SPACE ELEMENT, AND THE TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AND PROVIDING  AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Interested parties may appear in person at the above-referenced meeting of the Broward County Board of County Commissioners and be heard with respect to this public hearing item.
