Notice of Intent to Consider Resolution Levying Land Clearance Liens Against Certain Described Properties Resulting from Violations of the Broward County Property Maintenance Ordinance
NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County, Florida, pursuant to Section 39-138 of the Broward County Code of Ordinances, that said Board on April 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at Governmental Center East, 115 South Andrews Avenue, Room 422, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, intends to consider adoption of a Resolution to levy land clearance liens against certain described properties, resulting from violations of the Broward County Property Maintenance Ordinance, the title of which is as follows: 
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO LAND CLEARANCE COSTS; LEVYING A LAND CLEARANCE LIEN AGAINST CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTIES IN UNINCORPORATED BROWARD COUNTY FOR NONPAYMENT OF LAND CLEARANCE COSTS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 39, ARTICLE X, OF THE BROWARD COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE ACCRUAL OF INTEREST AND CHARGES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS; PROVIDING FOR RECORDATION IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
