NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. CACE 25-015192 of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein The Colonies, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Robert Capuano, Personal, Robert Capuano, as Trustee and Unknown Spouse of Robert Capauno are the Defendants. BRENDA D. FORMAN as Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.broward.realforeclose.com, the clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on MARCH 17, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: 
Fee simple title to Apartment No. 202, Building 2, of THE COLONIES, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4634, Page 604, re-recorded in the O.R. Book 4640, Page 717, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, as amended, and all supplements thereto. 
AKA: 2613 NW 47th Terrace, #202, Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33313. 
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a Claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed and in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031. If you fail to file a timely claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
