CACE-24-011635 of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein GRANDVIEW AT EMERALD HILLS, INC., is Plaintiff, ESTATE OF HERBERT HOROWITZ, AND ALL UNKNOWN SPOUSES, WIDOWS, SPOUSES, WIDOWS, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTORS, CREDITORS, GRANTEES, AND ALL PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, ORUNDER THE ESTATE OF HERBERT HOROWITZ, THE ESTATE OF HERBERT PARKER, AND ALL UNKNOWN SPOUSES, WIDOWS, SPOUSES,WIDOWS, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIAR-IES, GRANTORS, CREDITORS, GRANTEES and all parties claiming any right, interest, claim, lien estate or demand against the above named Defendants in regard to the subject property and any other unknown parties in the above-styled action, are Defendants, the Clerk will set to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 a.m., via online auction at https://www.broward.realforeclose. com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 19th day of March 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit
