Notice of Regular Meeting and Audit Committee Meeting Botaniko Community Development District The Regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Botaniko Community Development District is scheduled to be held on March 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at 2900 Glades Circle, Suite 325, Weston FL 33327. There will also be an Audit Committee meeting at the above-referenced location. The Audit Committee will review, discuss and rank the proposals received to perform the audit for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, as previously advertised in accordance with Florida Law. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from Governmental Management Services, LLC, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 721-8681 at least two calendar days prior to the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 1 (800) 955-8770, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.
